A nice apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. From the terrace there is a fantastic view and you get the sunrise here, so it is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee.

Out on the terrace there is a dining table, deck chairs, parasol, barbecue, - and as mentioned,  great views.

The complex has a total of three pools.

Down to the shopping centre it is only a 5-minute walk via the stairs, and to the beach it is about a kilometer. To the starting point for several mountain hikes in Motor Grande it is barely two kilometers.
