This nice apartment is located on the 1st floor of the popular apartment complex Doñana, right on the Patalavaca beach.  It consists of a living room with dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.  You will also find a sheltered terrace as it is located on the ground floor.

The building has a lift directly from the main street and from the apartment you are on the beach in a couple of minutes.  You are also allowed to use sun loungers right outside the apartment.

There is a privately run pool area in the complex, not belonging to the condominium, with an associated restaurant.   In the entrance area of the complex there is a pharmacy, grocery store, several restaurants etc.  Bus and taxi stops are just outside, as well as several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and you can walk to Anfi beach or Arguineguin in about 15 minutes.

The condominium has a number of parking spaces and each apartment can be given a key, but there are no reserved spaces.

Internet can be booked through the condominium, which has offices just inside the building.
