The apartment is located in a complex with communal pool and sea views in Patalavaca.

A small terrace leads us into the main floor where we find the spacious living room with dining area and the kitchen which is equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Behind this is a bedroom with air conditioning, and a newly renovated bathroom with shower.

TV has Chromecast.

Up the stairs we find the guest bedroom and master bedroom which has a large bathroom with shower and a spacious laundry room. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the communal area, the pool and across to Loma Dos, as well as the sea and harbour of Arguineguin.

Short way to popular hiking trails in the mountains and aprox 20 minutes walk to Arguineguin center or a little less to Patalavaca Beach.
