Located on a quiet street in Puerto Rico, just 500 metres from the beach and harbour, the apartment has a large garden and covered terrace.

From there we enter a spacious living room with a daybed under the stairs, followed by a well-equipped kitchen and a backyard with a full bathroom and storage space.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, a full bathroom, as well as a linen closet in the hall.

Above the terrace we have a solarium with shower and a separate closet for the washing machine.

It is only a 2-minute walk to the nearest grocery store, 300 metres to the bus station and the park, and no more than 10 minutes to the shopping centres up town.
